Our Story
Being part of a government facility in Miamisburg, Ohio, in 1993 our workers were told the facility would begin closing in 1994. So in November 1994, Mound Manufacturing Center, Inc became a reality for displaced workers of EG&G and Doe. Being the first business to go private from the mound site, the owners and employees began a standalone machine shop away from the government authority. We were able to lease a building on the old mound site for several years from the city of Miamisburg, enhancing our specialty in precision machining. In September, 2006 we moved to Dayton, where we are now located, to a building which we are now in the process of purchasing. Though we share the building with another entity, we occupy one-half of the building with room for growth. We are located at 33 Commerce Park Drive, Dayton, 45404.
